Frequently asked questions
Is this a legally binding signature?
It is a visible signature, the same kind you would make by hand. It is suitable for most everyday agreements. For legally binding e-signatures with audit trails, use a dedicated service like DocuSign.
Can I sign multiple pages?
Currently the tool places one signature on one page. To sign multiple pages, run the tool again on the output.
Can I use an image of my signature instead of drawing?
Not yet. Image upload for signatures is on our roadmap.
Is my PDF or signature uploaded anywhere?
No. The signature is drawn on a canvas in your browser and placed on the PDF using pdf-lib, all locally.
